Reformer at Pilates Oasis is a full-body, core-driven class that blends strength, alignment, and mindful flow on the Balanced Body Allegro 2. Each session moves at an intentional pace, using springs, breath, and precise cueing to sculpt long, resilient muscles without the grind. You’ll stabilize, lengthen, and strengthen in every plane of motion, leaving class feeling taller, centered, and deeply supported from the inside out.

Mat + Accessories at Pilates Oasis is a grounded, full-body class that uses small props to deepen connection, support alignment, and awaken your core. Each session weaves breath-led Pilates mat work with bands, balls, and light weights to add resistance, feedback, and variety without ever feeling high impact. You’ll mobilize your spine, strengthen from your center, and open up tight areas, leaving class feeling lighter, longer, and more at home in your body.

Dancer Fit

Dancer Fit at Pilates Oasis is a full-body conditioning class inspired by the strength, precision, and elegance of professional dancers. Each session weaves floor barre, Gyrotonic-inspired patterns, Pilates conditioning, and targeted alignment drills to build support, control, and ease. You’ll strengthen, lengthen, and refine your movement in every direction, leaving class feeling powerful, lifted, and more fluid in how you move through your day.

Rehydrate + Recover

Release & Restore at Pilates Oasis is a deeply restorative, full-body class devoted to myofascial release and nervous system reset. Each session uses gentle palpation, sustained pressure, and supported positions to melt tension in your connective tissue, stimulate circulation, and unlock stuck areas. You’ll unwind chronic tightness, improve mobility, and create more space in your joints, leaving class feeling lighter, looser, and more at ease in your everyday movement.

Mama’s Core Restore

A mindful, full-body class dedicated to rebuilding strength and connection from the inside out. Each session builds upon the next and integrates breathwork, and stability training designed to awaken your deep core and pelvic floor. You’ll realign posture, restore balance, and rebuild core integrity through intentional, supported movement. Whether you’re newly postpartum, years beyond birth, or currently expecting, this class offers a safe, empowering space to move with confidence and care—leaving you feeling centered, strong, and deeply reconnected to your body.
